This book for us Trusts professionals is absolutely wonderful. It is a pleasure to read and a must for anyone with any link to the trust world. By far the most readable book on the topic, it's a must have.

Fantastic book on trusts

I am a practicing trusts/estates attorney and find this book to be absolutely worthwhile and great to read. The author writes in a way that allows you to understand the law of trusts in a way that is unique. The book refers you to the the lengthier treatises for further review but...No real need to go further unless you have the time.
The book is a concise approach to understanding trusts and a must have for anyone whom deals with them. It's a steal!

Not a lawyer

There are lots of lawyers in America and while it seems that part of their job is to obscure law so we have to hire them, this book is an exception to that. This book is a great survey of trust law - from information about the players (grantor, trustee, beneficiary) to case reference. This book is a review that is more in laymans terms than other standard law books. Get it to educate yourself if you have kids and want to gift them money carefully, need to start thinking about estate planning due to aquired wealth, or want to understand what a trust is being a beneficiary of one.
